Products and Custom Orders

All products are handmade and custom-made to order. As such:

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your item to be created before it is dispatched.

• Variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece – that's what makes it unique!

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping

• Flat-rate shipping of $15 applies to all orders under $100.

• Free shipping applies to orders $100 and above (Australia-wide).

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and postal service delays.

• We offer local collection for customers based in Hobart, Tasmania. Collection details will be arranged after your order is confirmed.
